it is actually extremly overweight for how short you are so maybe you need to lose a couple ponds and you'll be all better and i think i no you and you're only 12 so you need to start losing that weight srry :l
No its not overweight. i am the same measurements as you and I'm very muscular, i don't have much fat at all. you need to be specific on how you look, if you work out you don't have a problem

i would say no. especially because you are so tall, but i guess it all really depends on how much muscle you have and how you look. I weigh 170 pounds and i am only 5'4 but i am not fat. You have to remember that it is only a number and all of it could be muscle.
