No, but you are not full grown yet, and people mature at different rates. I was a late bloomer myself. The length of a male member is typically measured when erect, across the top, from the tip to the skin at the pelvic bone (at the body). That is, more or less "stretched out".

There are supposidly ways of permently enlarging the male member, like a special quack vacuum chamber sometimes seen in magazine ads, but a doctor should probably be consulted before doing something that can affect a person as much as this. Accidents and injuries can happen. Boys and men often think the game is about size (the joke is that bigger is always better), but I have found that women believe that a man's member can be too long for comfort.

Also, men and boys from northern European genetic origins tend to have members that shrink with the cold to protect the sensitive tissue, so don't jump to conclusions when looking at other guys that you might see naked! Porn stars are definatly NOT normal by the way and are not a good role model.

it dpends if you have gone through puberty yet. if you haven't it should be about an inch when soft and 3-4 when erect. if you have it should be 34- when soft or 5-6 when erect

It is in the normal range. Everyone is different and develops at different rates. You have several more years of growing and that should include your penis.
