No, you're only 13 years old, and you're still supposed to be growing as long as you eat healthy foods, stretch daily, and get at least 8hrs of sleep each day you should continue to grow more. Look at your family if they're all short chances you'll be too, but if they're average and up expect to hit a growth spurt soon if you take care of your body's health.

∙ 12y agoNo, being a "little person" (a midget or dwarf) is a genetic condition that is not based on a certain height. In fact being one inch short of five feet tall would be very tall for a midget or dwarf.
