If you were out all night it would probally make you gat a bad cold.....but no if you were out for a few hours then it would not hurt you...but it is probally a better idea to where leggings or tights or something like that.....thats what I do....

∙ 13y agoI think that's a personal choice, but i would. it may seem cold to a lot of people, but shorts are great. it doesn't have to be short shorts either. Basketball shorts go great with a lot of outfits, are quite comfy, and very good for colder weather.(:

I think that it is a horible idea to wear shorts in 40 dergrees. If you think that is okay you might not be the smartest.
