In the UK: The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 Chapter 50 Section 1 Sub-section 1 states:

"Subject to the provisions of Schedule 1, a person has a disability for the purposes of this Act if he has a physical or mental impairment which has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on his ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities."

ADHD also know as Attention deficit/Hyperactive Disorder. Children with ADHD usually have problems paying attention and or concentrating. The behaviors that that are common with ADHD interfere with the child's ability to function at school or home. It is a disability to function and concentrate in every day tasks.

Well yes. ADHD is in on the autism spectrum and autism is a disability so ADHD is classed as a disability so is ADD. I recommend you to watch my child's not perfect it' has other dicabilities as well as ADHD because I have ADHD.hope I have helped

yes but no. ADHD ( Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder ) is the disability so focus on one thing at a time and not being able so stand or sit still for long periods of time. i have ADHD and and just typing this is hard cuz im thinking about other stuff. in my opinion ADHD is not a disability, its a gift...
