Bella does not get killed. She gives birth in breaking dawn and almost dies but edward injests his blood into Bella turning her into a vampire and saving Bella's life! & they lived happily ever after!

∙ 12y agoBella nearly dies giving birth, but Edward successfully delivers their baby girl and then injects his venom into her heart, thus healing her wounds by turning her into a vampire, and not breaking the treaty between the Quileute pack and the Cullen clan, which states that the Cullen clan "cannot bite an human" And because Jacob agreed to let them change her into a human so she wouldn't be dead completely.

∙ 12y agofirst of all, when Bella was pregnant with renesmee, she knew she was going to die from the birth so she told everyone that when the birth comes, someone will change her so that she has the strength to survive. Bella drops her cup of blood and bends over to get it, forgetting that she cant bend over without breaking something, her placenta breaks so renesmee cant breathe. Bella gets rushed up to a room and gives the painful birth to renesmee, almost dying. Bella survives without the venom, but she then holds renesmee and renesmee bites Bella for the thirst of blood. Bella is in excruciating pain, ready to die, so edward injects vampire venom into Bella to help her strengthen. Bella survives and "burns" for (i think) about two days. when she awakes, she describes she can see every grain in the wooden ceiling.
