If you mean by 'Ch3COO^-K^+ ( Potassium ethanoate ( Potassium Acetate)). Then it will dissolve in water, because all group ' 1' metal salts are soluble.

NB 'k' for potassium is incorrect. It should be 'K' ( Kalium ; Latin name). All single letter elemental symbols are CAPITAL letters.
