Depends on where you are in the state. We have three basic parts to the state. Northern, central, and southern. Dividing the state is the Sierra Nevada mountains which of course have snow. The northern section of the state stays rather cool, but can also have balmy days. San Francisco is nice when it is sunny and there is a slight wind, but when there is a strong wind off the bay it can be cold. Central CA is just plain hot in the summer. We can get up to 110, but the average is about 103. Our winters are foggy and cold, so there is a wide range. Southern is more mild, but because of the smog it can be hot. The Santa Anna winds also come up causing the fires. The average temp in southern section is about 75-90 degrees. San Diego stays a nice 75-80.
well California is both hot and cold in the south it is hot but in the north such as Dublin or San Ramon it is cool
The months in spring are. Usually, it's March.
California. It is hot and dry in the Death Valley/ Navajo Desert. It is hot and humid in the Los Angeles/ San Diego area. It is fairly moderate in the San Francisco Bay Area. It is cold and snowy in the Sierra Nevadas/ Nevada- California border. And cold and damp in Northern California.
