Where Christmas is celebrated, it is celebrated on December 25.

It is not celebrated everywhere.

Throughout history it has been celebrated different places by different groups. There have been and are both Christians and non-Christians who celebrate, and who do not celebrate Christmas. Because Christmas is technically unbiblical, and can be celebrated in a completely secular manner.
