Careful of the context. South Africa is host to the FIFA World Cup Soccer Tournament for 2010 and has a local organising committee, which is legitimate. However, all branding and organisation for FIFA related events are carefully controlled, and any reference to it should be easily traceable back to legitimate FIFA bodies.

If you get the chance to go on one of these programs I would highly recommend it.
