It is a despicable degree mill. STAY AWAY FROM IT!
I'd launch into all the reasons why, except that the Fox News CHANNEL affiliate in Washinton, DC did an excellent news story, last July, on some University of the District of Columbia professors who had good-for-nothing Commonwealth Open University alleged "degrees"...
...and boy-oh-boy did they ever get into trouble!
