There is a Disneyland in Anaheim, California. Which was the original one opened in 1955. There is another one called Disney World in Orlando, Florida. While it is much much bigger, the resort in California has attractions which Disney World doesn't have but are both very wonderful places.

No, Disneyland is not in Los Angeles, CA. In fact, it is located in Anaheim, CA. The distance between LA Airport and Disneyland is about 34 miles and would take you less than an hour to drive, provided you are not stuck in traffic.
