Lenovo (A Chinese company) did buy IBM's PC business, back in 2004. But no one has bought IBM completely out to the point of new ownership.
Samuel J. Palmisano is the chairman and CEO...But keep in mind that it's really the millions of investors that bought shares of IBM that actually own the company.
