Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows was the final book in the Harry Potter series. You can tell this from the end, where it shows how each of the three friends (Harry, Ron and Hermione) ended up in life. Unless a new series is started, J.K. Rowling won't be writing a new book.

As of now, J.K. Rowling has not announced any plans to write a ninth book in the Harry Potter series. She has moved on to writing other projects, such as the "Cormoran Strike" series under the pseudonym Robert Galbraith.
