well lortab is hydrocodone but if ur referring to vicodin nah...lortab is just stronger but its equally as addictive..you just get addicted faster then u would if u took smaller dosages hydrocodone, vicodin, & lortab are ALL THE SAME DRUG...none being stronger than the other. however, they can be ordered in different strengths. it is the strength (dosage) that can cause a more rapid rate of addiction.

∙ 14y agoThey are the same thing. Lortab is just a brand name for Hydrocodone. I think it's cheaper if you you buy it under the chemical name instead of the brand (trade) name.
