The first one is fine and hardly hurts at all and I have a HUGE needle phobia just don't look and close you eyes maybe hold someones hand then count to 3 and then it will be done its so worth it... As for the second one, I haven't had that one yet but I'm going to next month so I'm not sure about that. Sorry.
