mac and the body shop do not do animal testing actually the body shop is against animal testing!
Actually, given that the Body Shop have been bought by L'Oreal (who do, indeed use the results of tests on animals for some ingredients) then it's a safe bet that Body Shop is no longer nearly as cruelty free as they once were.
I've found great resources online to help with my effort to go cruelty free in cosmetics. M.A.C. are fantastic. There are also Urban Decay and other larger outfits.

∙ 6y agoSome, yes, but not harmful or debilitating tests. Only testing that does not permanently harm animals should be used when the products are not vital to the health interests of humans.
