It depends on your point of view, and which operating system works better for you. I personally would use it on a Mac because of better memory management and core 64-bit in the operating system. Those things tend to speed it up quite a bit.
yes you can but you must have version for mac.version for windows ands with .exe and for Mac is different i think .dmg but dont trust me for .dmg i never used Mac but for sure you must have version for Mac which is separate from Windows version
Better question: What are you talking about? If you mean 'What does it mean to port software from Windows to Macintosh', the answer is to rewrite software made for the Windows operating system family so that it runs on Macintosh computers as well. If you mean 'What port work with Windows and Macintosh' the answer is USB, Ethernet, Firewire, 3.5mm audio jack

In my opinion, Linux, in all its many distributions (Ubuntu, Mint, puppy, and many more) is better than Windows. Of my seven computers, only my wife's computer uses Windows 7 - my six computers use Ubuntu!
Photoshop Elements is Photoshop but with less features, so Photoshop is better but it is professional level software. For home use or to get started Photoshop Elements is OK.
Macintoshes are based on the same hardware as Windows computers, the only difference being the software. It depends on what you like as to which one would be better for you.
Hey. photoshop works well in almost every computer, but if your talking about cs5 or cs6, they work better in either mac or windows 7. My opinion is that mac works better with photoshop because it was made for high graphics and for designing.
Having used both (and both are very good), I can tell you that Photoshop, although trickier to master, is superior in features, and is the choice most professionals would go for.
Android is for phones, while Windows is for computers. Totally different devices. If you meant Android vs Windows Phone 7, then I don't know
