What are the penalties for a minor with simple possession of marijuana?

Possession is only a misdemeanor in the US. At worst, you'll get
a fine.
Unless you have multiple ounces, which I forgot the exact
amount, then you will get a felony charge, and that's prison time.
I think you'll get a felony charge because the court will just
assume that's intent to deal, which is why is you have a scale on
you, that's also a felony charge.

In Ohio what is the law about corruption of a minor?

The corruption of a minor is a serious offense in any state. In
Ohio the corruption of a minor is considered a class four felony in
the majority of cases. If the age difference is less then four
years between the adult and the minor then it is a class one
misdemeanor, It is a class three felony if the age difference is
more then ten years. If it is a repeat offense it is considered a
class 2 felony.
