Nepal has three distinct zones - flat where it gets hot (up to 35 Deg C), hilly is mild (up to 30 Deg C) and mountainous where it can be extremly cold (up to -30Deg C). All in all not as hot as Arab or torpical countries
Nepal is not classified as a tropical country. However, there is a variety of climates within Nepal, ranging from tropical and sub-tropical to cool-temperate, to cold, sub-arctic and arctic, depending on the altitude. Nepal is on approximately the same latitude as Florida, which is why there are tropical and sub-tropical zones. It experiences moonsoonal influences, and thus has distinct wet and dry seasons. However, the presence of the Himalayan Mountains means that altitude has a great deal of influence on Nepal's climate: for example, the arctic climate zone is that which is above 4,400 metres in altitude.
