Does parkinson's disease have a treatment or a prevention?

It is a genetically transmitted disease. You do not "catch" Huntington's Disease, nor is there a prevention of it. If a parent has Huntington's, there is a 50-50 chance that any child of that parent may develop it at some point. It just really can't. If it could, it would be very complicated and associated with extreme procedures and would mend many lives.

they now have pills you can take to help stop the progress of the disease but im not sure if you can actually prevent it

You can't. It isn't a predictable disease and no one knows when it is about to occur. You can only learn how to deal with it as difficult as it may seem.
