If you are referring to drug testing, no. Percocet is oxycodone, while heroin is derived from morphine, and turns into morphine when metabolized in the liver. These drigs are derived from different opium alkaloids and will not report as the same thing. However, if the drug test is for the broader opioid/narcotic category, then they will both show up.

∙ 14y agoNo - though they both contain Oxycodone, Percocet is the brand name for a combination of Oxycodone and Acetaminophen (Tylenol). OxyContin is the brand name for a timed-release version of Oxycodone.
Percocet normally lasts 4-6 hours, and is prescribed either for short-term acute pain (post-op, broken bones, etc.) or breakthrough pain for chronic pain patients on a chronic pain medication with a much longer dosage duration, such as Duragesic or OxyContin. OxyContin lasts up to 12 hours (though in reality, as you get tolerant you're lucky to get out if it), while Duragesic lasts up to 3 days for most patients.

∙ 13y agoThey are alike - in that they are both opiate-class compounds. Heroin is usually snorted or injected IV, by those who engage in use and abuse of this drug. Percocet is taken orally, usually by prescription for pain - but can also be abused. Both can eventually produce tolerance, dependence and addiction if used on a regular basis, in ever-increasing amounts.
