No. Pluto is not a planet, at least not in the general sense of the word. The International Astronomical Union, the group who names objects in space, classified Pluto as a "dwarf planet" in 2006. Pluto orbits the sun in an elliptical orbit and actually travels inside the orbit of Neptune at times. Pluto is known to have 3 moons and when the "New Horizons" probe, which was launched by NASA in 2006, passes by Pluto in 2015 perhaps more will be known of this tiny distant world.
Its still a dwarf planet
no,pluto is not a planet now
Pluto is here
It is still in the same place, but Pluto is now considered a "dwarf planet".So it is still somewhat a planet but a special case.
No. As of 2006 Pluto is a dwarf planet, which is a different class of object.
Pluto,Even Though It Is A Dwarf Planet,Its Still Considered As A Planet,So It Will Be Pluto Because Pluto Is A Small Planet And It Can Be Captured.
Pluto is still where it always used to be but it doesn't stand as a planet but a dwarf planet
Because 2 years ago the astronomers found out that Pluto is not a planet. It is too small to be a planet. Some authorities are still rooting for Pluto! They still consider it is a planet, though very small.
No. It is considered as a dwarf planet If you order a small Pepsi, you still get Pepsi, right? Pluto is a planet. It is a special class of planet; it is a dwarf planet. What it is not is a major planet.
No it is still there.
It's still Pluto damnit!
Neptune or Pluto if it is still a planet
The dwarf planet Pluto did not disappear. It's still there, orbiting the Sun.
Pluto is still part of the solar system but it has been reclassified as a Dwarf Planet; and not a Planet as it was previously defined.
the planets that are not made out of gases are Earth and Pluto, Pluto isn't really a planet but it is like a side planet but it is technically Pluto is still a planet.
Pluto is a dwarf planet that is supposed to be no longer a planet (It is still considered a planet because of its history in the solar system. Some astronomers want to prove that Pluto is still a planet even though it is more likely known as an asteroid). It is the planet farthest from the sun.
Pluto is still in the solar system. They just changed its category from "planet" to "dwarf planet."

Pluto is a dwarf planet. It didn't die. It's still there.
If you mean the dwarf planet Pluto, it did exist, and still exists.
nope, it is considered a dwarf planet now.
Neptune, and if you consider Pluto a planet still it interchanges distance with Neptune so sometimes Pluto is the Eighth planet.
Pluto was reclassified as a minor dwarf planet instead of a major planet. However, the planetary body is still known as Pluto.
Pluto has been downgraded to dwarf planet. It is still a planet but it is not a planet on the same levels as Mars or Earth, for example.
