No, neither is his father the Prince of Wales. His grandfather, the Duke of Edinburgh, became a Mason early after his marriage but this was principally to please The Queen's father, King George VI. The Duke of Edinburgh has taken no active part in Freemasonry since he joined and has not attended a lodge for over 50 years. King George was a very active and charitable Freemason but he was the last male in the immediate line of succession to be one.
