yes...Singhania University is recognized by UGC under section 2f of UGC act 1956, the university has been esteblished by the govt of rajasthan under act 6/2008 singhania university, pacheri bari jhunjhunu act 2008.

as its an autonomous body so all degrees & diplomas awarded by Singhania University are fully valid for any state or central govt job. recently 2 students has been appointed as 2nd grade teacher in govt schools by GOVT of rajastha

The Singhania University is a private university that has been established by the Rajasthan State Government by an act in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly. It is the same procedure for establishing any state university. Central universities are established by an act in the Indian Parliament by Indian Government. To my understanding, since this University has been established by the Govt of Rajasthan act, it is a fully autonomous university that can run and award any degree programs as it deems fit.
