He is in fact an adult with a very childish personality which is why kids relate to him i am a fan and he is in fact an adult but with a kid inside he owns a house and works like an adult so yeah
well to be honest i think hes both because hes got a job and goes to a boating school (basically driving school) and hes plays childish games that an adult wouldn't normally do like blowing bubbles.
i think spongebob is actually a teenager because he goes to boating school but he likes to go back in memories with grandma and patrick.:)

Mtoto mchanga (young child) refers to a baby and is often used in that sense in general statements, e.g., mtoto mchanga anahitaji usingizi mwingi, a baby needs a lot of sleep.Mtoto (pl. watoto) means child (or dependent) of any age, from newborn to grownup. If the person spoken to didn't know the child the speaker would have to be specific as to how old the child was. Two examples: mtoto wangu ni mtu mzima, my child is a grownup; mtoto wangu ni mdogo, my child is little, i.e, a baby).
They should not. If they do, it is because the person is an idiot/ spoiled child who should not HAVE a gun. Guns are for grownups- if you behave in that way, you are not a grownup.
