No, Zeus is not the son of Gaea and Ouranos, he is their grandson from their Titan children Cronus and Rhea.
Hyperion
Apollo is the son of Zeus and Leto, and the twin brother of Artemis. He is thus related to all children of Zeus, and Zeus's ancestors, such as the Titans, Ouranos, and Gaea.
Gaea had many sons. Can you be more specific?
Yea; as Eos is the daughter of Hyperiôn and Theia, children of Gaea and Ouranos. Apollo is the son of Zeus, whose parents were Kronos and Rhea, siblings of the above and children of Gaea and Ouranos. The mother of Apollo and Artemis is Leto and daughter of Phoibê and Koios; who are also siblings of Hyperiôn and Theia, Kronos and Rhea; and so children of Gaea and Ouranos.
The Titan children of Uranus and Gaia took Uranus's place as rulers of the heavens, for Uranus had been castrated by the scythe that Cronus had wielded. Cronus was afterwards called King of the Titans, his son Zeus would later overthrow him for swallowing his own sons and daughters in fear of a prophesy of Gaia and Uranus, that he would be overthrown be his children, as he had overthrown his father Uranus.
Her youngest son, Cronus, the King of the Titans and father of Zeus.
Ares is the son of Zeus and his sister-wife Hera, both born of Cronus and Rhea, born of Gaea and Uranus. Any child of Zeus he is brother of, any sibling of Zeus or Hera he is nephew of. He is the great-grandson of Gaea and Uranus, personifications of earth and heaven.
Leto, their mother, her parents (their grandparents) Koios and Phoebe. Asteria, sister of Leto. Zeus, their father, his parents (their grandparents) Rhea and Cronus. Hades, Poseidon, Hera, Hestia, Demeter, his siblings. Any son or daughter of Zeus would be their half sibling including: Ares Hephaestus Hermes Athena Dionysus

Hyperion
Cronus, the father of Zeus, was the son of Uranus. Thus, Uranus is the grandfather of Zeus.
His son Cronus/ Κρόνος was the person who overtrhrew Uranus with the help of his mother Gaea.
The Greek goddess Gaea is literally the earth. She is known as "Earth Mother" "Mother Earth" or as we would know her, "Mother Nature". She is one of the original gods in Greek mythology. She came from Chaos and had many children my herself and also with her son Uranus. The main story of Gaea is that Gaea came from Chaos, Gaea gave birth to Uranus, from Uranus and Gaea can the titans, cyclops, and the hecatoncheires. Uranus then locked his children in the underworld but then Cronus, the youngest of the titans, went with Gaea and castrated Uranus and from Uranus' genitals that were thrown into the sea came Aphrodite. When Cronus did this to his father, Uranus said that one of Cronus' sons would overthrow him so when Cronus and his sister Rhea had children he swallowed all of them until his sixth child whom Rhea hid and swaddled a stone in cloth so Cronus ate it. That sixth child was Zeus. Zeus and Rhea gave Cronus something which caused him to throw up the rest of his children. They were not dead because they were Gods. Zeus then overthrew his father.
Gaea is the Goddess of Earth. She is the first god/goddess in Greek mythology. Before her was only empty space called Chaos. She had her first son, Uranus, then married him. Gaea first bore him Armored Giants. Feared of these Giants, Uranus ate them. They went down to the Underworld, where they never died because they are Gods. Then Gaea bore Cyclops. Feared of their power and strength, Uranus ate them. Then Gaea bore 6 Titans. Uranus did not eat them because he felt stronger than them for they did not appear strong. There is a lot left to the story you can read in the book, Mythology And You. There are many different interpretations on exactly how the story went but this one was that book's interpretation. Some think that the Titans were born first and the Zeus was Uranus' son. But most say that Zeus was his grandson. You should really read about it.
