There is no fixing a broken motor mount. Replace them with a new ones.
biggest problem you might have is the head type. If the 99 head is a SOHC, and the 95 is DOHC, you will need a DOHC hood. I would try and find a newer motor if you can. There were alot of small changes that were made between 95 and 97 that would make this swap rather frustrating.Type your answer here...
Yes the 95 motor will fit neons are the same thing from 95-99 so every thing will be ok but if you are switching from sohc to doch you mat have to change the harnes but i resently switched from a automatic to a 5 speed on my neon and the transmition was out of a 96 hope it goes good for ya
Look under the right back bottom side of motor. Use jack and jack stand on the right side or take to a shop and have them lift it in the air would make it easer to see.
