a BMI is your body measure identifier. so techneclaly a bmi is not considered "good for you".
BMI, or Body Mass Index is a very important figure because it takes into account how much fat you have on your body. Knowing your height, BMI gives you an accurate assessment of how much you should weigh. Many people are overweight. Keeping your BMI at a good level is the best way to maintain great health.
I'd check based on your health habits and how your body looks overall. If you feel comfortable, eat healthy and exercise at least lightly, I'm sure you're fine. It's mainly down to the BMI but do not be surprised if this comes out strange as it does not work always work fully/ as good as poss. on young adults/ kids!
