No. Stevens 200 is not offered in a youth model.
Stevens is a value line of firearms made by Savage and is essentially a Savage 110 without the Accutrigger. It only comes in one size of gray polymer stock.
However, since it is the same action as a Savage 110, all 110 accessories will fit, and the stock can be replaced with a shorter one.
A Stevens model 200 only come in one size of stock, which is sized for an average adult. 12 year olds come in different sizes, so I would say your best bet is to stop by a sporting goods store and have him try a 200. All 200 stocks would be the same, so you can check the fit on a 200 in a different caliber. The Savage model 10 GY-Youth is available in .223 and is a youth model. This might suit your needs. Congratulations on introducing your son to the shooting sports in a responsible manner.
