A Paleontologist is one who studies prehistoric life (Fossil's, organisms etc)
The plant or animal must be encased in a substance that prevents destruction or erosion. Ice, tar, or layers of mud or clay can isolate the remains from sunlight, air, and consumption by other lifeforms. Over time, a mineralized form or a rock cast will result in a fossil or fossil imprint.
Perhaps, as we will likely be on earth a relatively short time, we are abundant and are wide spread geographically.

There are four types of fossils that can be found. These are true fossils, mold fossils, trace fossils and cast fossils.
One form of fossil forms when an organism dies and its body is covered by layers of sediment. As time passes, the organism itself, particularly when composed primarily of softer materials, is eroded and carried away, leaving a negative imprint of its body. This type of fossil is called a mold. A cast fossil forms when a mold fossil is filled with some form of mineral, usually through the seepage of water depositing the minerals within the mold. In time, the mold is filled and the materials deposited harden, creating a replica of the original fossil. This is called a cast fossil.

A place where you can store your fossils. You can store up to 100. It is good because since you can only have one of each vivosaur, move a dino medal into the bank and if you revive that head fossil again, you will receive a second kind of that vivosaur. Sort of like cloning.
