It depends. Occasionally it can be first. Clown fish do eat animals like shrimp and other Small livings things. With that in mind, obviously it would be somewhat second because the living things it ate had to have gotten their own food. But in contrary, they also eat algae. Algae is a producer because it makes it's own food from multiple things like water, photosynthesis, the sun, and so on. In that case, it would make the clown-fish a primary consumer. Overall, a clown-fish in omnivorous so there is no specific classification.
