No, a Flamingo is a bird. Not a mammal.

Mammals (class Mammalia) are a class of vertebrate animals characterized by the presence of sweat glands, including sweat glands modified for milk production, hair, three middle ear bones used in hearing, and a neocortex region in the brain. All mammals (except for the five species of monotremes) give birth to live young instead of laying eggs. Most mammals also possess specialized teeth, and the largest group of mammals, the placentals, use a placenta during gestation. The mammalian brain regulates endothermic and circulatory systems, including a four-chambered heart.

Flamingos are neither mammals or reptiles. They are classified as birds since they have feathers and lay eggs. Yes and they still breath air but that doesn't mean they are mammals

No, a flamingo is not a reptile mammal etc, whatever that is. The fact that they have wings and feathers should give you a clue as to what they are.
