I am a little confused as to what you mean by "multi-plan." I think you may be talking about a portable PPO option policy and if that is the case I believe its a good choice. The premium will always be higher on a PPO policy than a traditional policy or HMO though. First off, I dont know anything about "perfect health insurance," but I can say that if you have a primary doctor you have been seeing for years then definitely make sure he is in-network. If you dont have on then check to see how many MD's or DO's are in your area. Also, If you have any pre-existing conditions make sure to check the contract for a pre-existing condtion clause. Be sure to read to contract and all the stipulations before signing anything, and make sure you understand your deductible and what could/would happen if you went out of network.
