Yes. It is a necessary but not sufficient condition that 'personhood' be embodied in some manner. For example, most of us assume that all homo sapiens are people. There's some argument that dolphins and other such intelligent creatures could be included as 'persons'. Either way, both have a material form. Both MUST have a material form. People don't exist without bodies. Thus a person is also an object.
