No. Reptiles and starfish share membership in the same kingdom [Animalia]. But they immediately diverge on the specifics, and all the subgroupings. For example, reptiles are members of the phylum of Chordates, subphylum of Vertebrates, and class of Reptiles. Starfish are members of the phylum of Echinodermates, the subphylum of Asterozoa, and the class of Asteroidea.

No. A mammal is defined as any vertebrate of the class Mammalia, having the body more or less covered with hair, nourishing the young with milk from the mammary glands, and, with the exception of the egg-laying monotremes, giving birth to live young. Starfish are not vertebrates, have no hair, no milk, no live birth.

Starfish are not crustaceans. The starfish is considered to be a echinoderms. Other marine animals that are echinoderms are sea cucumbers and sea urchins.
