Keep the temp down with cold/tepid compresses and acetametaphin, keep the child hydrated, and treat other symptoms. worry if a rash is involved, severe throat or chest pain etc. other dangerous symptoms can be checked out at Dr. Sears.com but a temp of 103 in and of itself is not dangerous
