Is a zebra a omnivore
Think of it this way: The plant gets it's energy from the sun. The zebra (or any other carnivore or omnivore) eats the plant and gains it's nutrients and energy. A lion (or any other carnivore or omnivore) comes along and eats the zebra, gaining it's nutrients and energy and the plants nutrients and energy. Eventually, either it dies or something (a carnivore or omnivore) eats it, also gaining it's nutrients and energy, the zebra's, and the plants. Hope this helps!
"Vegetarian" is usually reverved to describe humans that don't eat meat or other animal Products. The Word for animals is "herbivores". And Zebras - just like their close relatives horses and donkeys - are herbivores - plant eaters.
Lions are omnivores that will eat zebras. They primarily feed on meat but may supplement their diet with vegetation.
Not all animals eat zebras. For an animal to be able to eat a zebra it has to be either an omnivore or a carnivore to start with. And unless the zebra is already dead or dying, an animal has to be big and strong enough to kill it.
