As far as a studio album goes, not yet. One of D12's members, Bizarre, has released three studio albums since D12 World. D12 themselves have released two mixtapes (The Limited Edition mixtape, and Return of the Dozen Vol.1). They are currently touring but have recorded material for a third studio album. Up-to-date information regarding this album and their activities can be accessed on d12world.com (as far as I know, the information on said site is fairly reliable).
