Yes, I believe it is because the have a promotion going through Christmas about an elf outfit code so I think it will be open on Christmas or it may just depend on what BABW you go to. Some will be different than others.

I don't think so i am not sure you might have to ring Build-A-Bear workshop, the store which is close to you to find out if you don't have a number for Build-a-bear workshop Type in on Google build a bear workshop the click the UK or the USA one then click locations or find a store carry on from that
