∙ 14y agoNot really. Both eating disorder are very dangerous and can be fatal. Bulimia has more immedate health concerns that come with forceful vomiting or laxative abuse, such as intestinal or stomach damage, tooth decay, choking, and the rupturing of the somach or esophagus.
