Yes it is recognised by UGC but I dint know about their infrastructure, it is given in the UGC website. This organization also have colleges from UG to PG sources in Mumbai affiliated to Mumbai University.

It depends on which ICFAI university your degree is from. ICFAI has multiple universities across India, and only those recognized by the UGC (University Grants Commission) and listed under AIU (Association of Indian Universities) are generally eligible for HRD attestation. However, here’s the catch: The Ministry of HRD (now under the Ministry of Education) usually only attests degrees from government-recognized public universities.
