Only if you play to excess ! Anyone using a computer for long periods - should take regular breaks away from the screen. This allows your eyes to re-focus after staring at a fixed spot for some time. Get up - make a drink (drink it away from the computer) and look out of the window at distant objects. This performs three things - (1) you get some refreshment, (2) your eyes get a rest from the screen and (3) your muscles get a change of position.
