Cornflour paint (the substance made from cornflour,water and food colouring both a solid and a liquid.Because when you put lots of pressure on it,it goes hard and wont let you push into it.Whereas if you let the spoon(instrument)sink into it naturally,it goes into it until it touches the bottom of the container.So in fairness it is both a solid and a liquid because of the density.(Written by Nancy Holmes, aged 11.)

its name is GAS. Or to be less pedantic I think you mean something called a non-newtonian liquid, such as the like when you mix cornflour and water at the correct consistency you can roll it in your hands but then it turns liquid once you stop playing with it. Try googling it...
