I don't think it is bad. I get dejavu, too, but mostly with smells. I will sometimes smell a scent i find EXTREMELY familiar...but i cant pick out from where. It like almost puts me into a trance. I really don't think dejavu is bad, i don't really know what it means either. But it really isn't dangerous at all or anything like that. :)

∙ 11y agonot necesarly you see life is full of choices and deja vu is coming from a dream you may have had but dont remember and so you feel like youv been their when it happens in real life and so you make the choices weather its a bad thing or a good thing if you make the wring choce in a dream then in real life change that and make it the right choice beacouse you know what happens next
