Yes, but they weren't at first. Both Josh and Drake have gone on record as saying they didn't like each other when they first started working together on The Amanda Show. But once they started getting to know each other, things changed. By the time they started doing "Drake and Josh", they were a lot closer. When Drake got into a car accident a few years ago, Josh came to see him in the hospital for the entire time he was there and it had a profound impact on their friendship and how close they got afterward.
