Yes, episode 12 is the last season. It is known that wikipedia stated there would be 13 episodes but that was an innocent typo.
Though it is the end of the season, that doesn't mean that is all of Kuroshitsuji. More OVA's and extended exclusives (such as His Butler In Wonderland) shall be added soon.
