But Vaisya and Kayasth in U.P. are using it to disguise their caste and get reservation benefit as O.B.C. It is same in Bihar, there also Vaisya(Bania) are using kUMAR(not a surname but middle name) to hide their upper caste identity and get reservation benefit under O.B.C.
