The best way to find out if any store or restaurant is open on Christmas Day (and many are not) is to either call them or go to their website and see what it says under "hours of operation."
The reason I can not directly answer this question is that sometimes, stores will decide at the last minute to close for the Christmas holiday; that is why you are better off contacting the location directly. Generally, convenience stores like 7/11 tend to be open, as do many Chinese restaurants. But for everything else, especially grocery stores and mall stores, they do tend to be closed.
