Well, a lot of people say that hand soap dries up your hair and makes it really rough, so i wouldn't use it on my hair but it does make it clean if you don't have anything else
You can wash your hair with any soap but if u dont use a good shampoo ,it will dry out your hair. You can but I dont recommend it.
